I am an Accredited Relationship/Life Coach ~ Clinical Hypnotherapist ~ NLP Practitioner, practicing in Huddersfield and on this site you will find information on the uses and benefits of Coaching, Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

My Philosophy is that everything happens for a reason;

I am certain of this because in my soul I know that we are all connected.

It is true that we are all individuals, responsible for our own actions and in possession of our own free will, nonetheless we are part of something larger. Some may call it the collective consciousness, others may call it spirit or life force.

Whatever the word of choice, I have confidence in knowing that we are not isolated from one another or from the earth and the life on it.

This feeling of connectedness implies certain responsibilities. As we are all part of the larger picture, we must not harm others as we will be harming ourselves. We must not exploit because will be exploiting ourselves.

This awareness creates my value system whereby I endeavor to be considerate, caring and accepting. Being certain of the unity of humankind I use an holistic approach to therapy and seek to build bridges and give comfort that there is a divine purpose beyond our humdrum day to day lives. This truth sustains me in the face of life's mysteries.
